SERVICE AGREEMENT
Effective Upon Enrollment

This Service Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Laura DiBenedetto, Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) and you (“Client,” “you,” “your,” or “Member”) upon your purchase, registration, or participation in any of our programs, courses, coaching, or membership offerings (collectively, the “Services”).

By engaging with our Services, you agree to the following terms:

1. No Guarantees / Results Vary

We do not guarantee results. We offer tools, strategies, frameworks, and support — but your outcomes are your responsibility. Your success depends entirely on your own commitment, follow-through, decision-making, and circumstances. If you're looking for guarantees, this isn't the right place.

2. Not Financial, Legal, or Tax Advice

The content provided through LucidVantage and related Services (including coaching, written materials, videos, templates, community discussions, and any other communications) is for educational and informational purposes only.
Nothing provided should be construed as financial, legal, investment, tax, or professional advice.

You are solely responsible for consulting your own legal, financial, tax, business, or other professional advisors before taking any action based on any information from us.

3. Personal Responsibility

You acknowledge that you are 100% responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results — past, present, and future. We do not accept responsibility for your choices, actions, or outcomes under any circumstances.

You agree to hold yourself fully accountable for the application (or non-application) of any materials, coaching, or insights shared.

4. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its owners, directors, employees, contractors, partners, affiliates, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, losses, damages, demands, or causes of action — including legal fees — arising out of or related to your use of the Services or your violation of this Agreement.

5. No Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no representations or warranties regarding the quality, accuracy, or completeness of any content or results from your use of the Services.

6. Refund Policy

Let’s be very clear:
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason.

You are responsible for understanding what you’re purchasing before committing. If you’re not sure, ask questions before you buy.

7. No Guarantees of Income or Results

We make zero guarantees regarding any income, business growth, or personal transformation. We share insights, frameworks, and strategies that have worked for others — but what you do with them is entirely up to you. Your results may vary based on your effort, integrity, decision-making, and execution.

8. Community Conduct

You agree to conduct yourself with integrity and respect within all programs, live sessions, events, and community platforms. We reserve the right to remove any participant, without refund, for behavior deemed disruptive, hostile, unethical, or misaligned with our values.

9. Intellectual Property

All content provided within the Services is the sole property of the Company. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share content (in part or in whole) without written permission. Violations may result in legal action.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement will be handled through binding arbitration in the State of Florida, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive any right to participate in class actions or collective proceedings.

11. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and the Company. It supersedes all prior communications, written or oral. No waiver or modification shall be valid unless in writing, signed by both parties.

12. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that participation in any coaching, training, or community activity involves voluntary risk, including emotional triggers, mental discomfort, or confronting limiting beliefs. You assume full responsibility for any outcomes, including physical, emotional, financial, or psychological effects that may arise from your participation.

13. Transformation Disclaimer

You acknowledge that transformation is not guaranteed. Growth is hard, change is uncomfortable, and breakthroughs often follow breakdowns. You are responsible for showing up with courage, consistency, and an open mind. This program is for adults committed to personal ownership.

14. Media & Testimonials Release

You grant us permission to use your name, likeness, voice, written words, testimonials, and video footage (if shared during live sessions or voluntarily submitted) in connection with promoting our programs and services.
You waive any rights to royalties or compensation arising from such use. If you'd prefer privacy, you must request it in writing.

15. No Medical Claims

We do not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or psychological conditions. If you’re dealing with mental illness, trauma, or health concerns, seek licensed professionals. The Services are not therapy. We’re not therapists. We’re coaches and strategists. This is about forward momentum, not clinical support.

16. Termination & Access Revocation

We reserve the right to terminate your access to our Services — with or without cause — at any time, for behavior we deem harmful, dishonest, or misaligned with our mission.
If this occurs due to breach of this agreement, no refund will be issued.

17. Payment Terms / Missed Payments

If you’re on a payment plan, you agree to complete all installments in full and on time. Failure to do so may result in access suspension, collections, or legal action. Payment disputes or chargebacks will result in immediate removal from all programs, and we will vigorously contest them.

18. Non-Transferability

Your enrollment is non-transferable. You may not share access, logins, or content with others, including employees, partners, or spouses. If you want a team license or company access, contact us for a separate agreement.

19. Coaching Relationship

This is a collaborative coaching relationship, not a service where results are delivered to you. We challenge, support, and equip you — but you are responsible for implementation. You agree not to treat the coaching relationship as therapy, mentorship, or friendship.

By participating in the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms above. You further acknowledge that you are voluntarily assuming all risks associated with your participation and use of the Services.
