In this enthusiastic orientation class, we will take time to get to know each other, bootcamp expectations, and review the syllabus in detail.  We will be reviewing all physical materials (book, course book), and answering preliminary questions about what the program is all about.  In this class, we will focus on:

• Getting to know one another and learning about each other’s goals in Bootcamp
• Connecting with each other in the Bootcamp Facebook group
• Establishing expectations for the Bootcamp and any questions you really want to see answered in the Bootcamp classes
• Feedback process for Beta Bootcamp students: who, what, where, why, when & how

In this first class, we will teach you the full ins and outs of identifying, understanding, and proving the viability your Dream Client.  Once you have the inner workings of who they are down to a science, only then can you go about attracting them to you.  In this class, you will learn to:

• Identify who your exact Dream Clients are with laser-precision, way beyond basic demographics.
• Intimately understand their dreams, hopes, and fears so you understand what they are aching to buy from you, why they need it, and how to sell it to them.
• Validate and prove that your Dream Client does exist, they want what you have, and that you’ve made the right decision.

In this second class, we will teach you how to build on the information from the first class.  We’ll begin mapping out your strategy to get your Dream Clients to connect with you, starting with figuring out what you’re going to say, how, and why.  In this class, you will learn to:

• Understand what your Dream Client needs to hear from you, when they need to hear it, and how they want it delivered.
• Shape your messages that speak to the heart of your Dream Client and offers the right message that connects with their life situation at the right time.
• Build a brand voice that invites your Dream Clients to know you, like you, trust you, and encourages them to pounce on your invitations to take the relationship further.

This is the class where you learn all about what constitutes a good Dream Client Attraction (Marketing) plan.  We will use everything put together in the first classes, plus a few more critical elements to begin to map out your plan.  In this class, you will learn to:

• Get ultra-honest and real with yourself about what your strengths and weaknesses are in the eyes of your Dream Client, and discover your unique opportunities and threats
• Find who your Dream Client already buys from (or pays attention to), and learn where your competition is getting it right, wrong, and where there are open opportunities for you.
• Fully understand how to use all the information to define your investment strategy.

In this next class, we’re going to learn all about capital. Money is the most common capital resource talked about, and in this class, we take it further and discuss financial capital, time capital, human capital – and how to make it all work for you without burning you out.  In this class, you will learn to:

• Understand what it really takes to make a marketing program to work for you (instead of being a bottomless pit!), and what your unique program must look like to get results.
• Own what your unique money/time/labor blend should look like, and what boundaries you will need to keep you profitable, healthy, and sane.
• Build your money/time/labor plan for the next 6 months that is fully on your terms and grounded in reality.

In this 2-part class, we’re going to build your marketing plan from everything we’ve worked on so far, and define your strategic efforts for the next 6 months.  We’ll answer questions like, “should I be on social media?” “which platform is right for me?” “what if I don’t want to do video?” and more.  In this highly interactive class, you will:

• Explore all of your marketing options, including social media platforms, email, funnels, speaking, podcasting, books, publicity, news, partnerships and more.
• Powerfully choose the marketing programs and tools that suits your personality and style of communication – that match beautifully with your Dream Client’s.
• Take the truths of your money/time/labor budgets and put them to the best and highest use.
• Draft your marketing plan and get real-time feedback from the instructor and other class participants on your ideas and approach.
• Gain insight into how to set realistic expectations and goals of yourself and your investments.
• Learn how to build your first campaign in your new plan.

In this final class of the Attract module, you will have the opportunity to take your finalized plan that you’ve worked on in class and independently and present your first campaign for critical feedback. Instructor and classmates will offer insight into your blind spots to help you avoid mistakes before you take your new plan out into the world and into action.  In this class, you will:

• Present your first campaign, start to finish, and receive objective input on what’s working, what’s not, and what needs improvement – and most importantly, why.
• Get creative ideas from other class participants’ campaign ideas, building your arsenal of ideas for adding enhancements to your own plan.
• Learn to assess program efficacy and how to make program tweaks as you go.

In this fun first class in the module, we’re going to explore the psychology of sales, why people buy and sell, what makes the process a nightmare – and what makes it a dream.  We’re going to blow the lid off the lies we tell ourselves about prospecting, selling, and how to turn all of it around to our advantage.  In this class, you will learn:

• Why sales is so icky, and what you can do instead so it feels authentic, 100% high integrity, and in alignment with who you are.
• Why your Dream Client will lie and promise to “think it over,” sending you on a journey of waiting, wondering and chasing – and what to do about it.
• What high-integrity selling looks like, and how to bring your brain to the place it needs to be to live in high-integrity and high-volume sales.

This is the class where we dive into the precise framework you’re going to use to help you close more sales than you’ve ever closed in your life – fully in alignment with who you are and what you care about, on your terms.  In this class, you will learn:

• How to build trust with your new prospective Dream Client in an unconventional way that gets them open-hearted and grateful to be having a call with you instead of hiding from you.
• Why “no” is a great answer to look forward to, how to get it, how to leverage it to get to a powerful yes.
• How to prevent the dreaded “I’ll think it over” wishy-washy answers and get the kind of clarity you and your Dream Client both deserve.

In this class, we dive into what it takes to build a genuine relationship with your Dream Client during the sales process, and how to do it.  We’ll take a deep dive into authenticity, unconventional trust-building tools, and how to knock your Dream Client off their feet and into your waiting arms.  In this class, you will learn:

• How to get into your Dream Client’s heart quickly and how to get them to invite you into theirs.
• How to create a safe space in a selling scenario (the one thing they don’t expect!), which encourages honesty and real relationship building.

In this class, we’re going to explore what it takes to gear your entire high-integrity conversation around the pinnacle moment of the decision.  We’re going to show you how to guide your Dream Client to give you a powerful and clear answer of truth that feels easy and comfortable.  In this class, you will learn:

• Why setting mutual expectations on the call sets the stage for a clear answer, and how to do it.
• How to take the “cat and mouse” game out of the high-integrity sales process with the right “rules of engagement” at the beginning of the call
• How to revisit the rules if your Dream Client breaks them

In this class, we’re going to show you how to unearth your Dream Client’s hidden suffering that only you can solve.  We’ll dive into the most courageous questions that lead to the most revealing answers… which in turn lead to sales. In this class, you will learn:

• How to reveal the hidden problem your Dream Client is experiencing… the one that they really want solved by YOUR solution.
• How to turn uncomfortable questions into revealing moments of truth and ultimately dollars.
• The right kinds of questions that help your Dream Client to ask to buy from you.

When it comes to solutions and budget, everyone wants to skip to “how much?!,” which can hijack an otherwise incredible conversation and ruin the sale. In this class, we’re going to discuss how to handle the solutions and money conversations.  In this class, you will learn:

• How and why to invite your Dream Client to co-create the winning solution alongside you (even if you already have pre-packaged solutions and pricing!).
• How to gain insight into your Dream Client’s situation, where you fit in, and what impact you have, if any.
• How to invite the “big moment” of the decision into the conversation in a way that makes your Dream Client comfortable with telling you everything you need to create a win.

This class focuses on one of the harder parts of selling – when you don’t get the “yes” you’re looking for. In this class, we take a deep look at why we get negative answers, when a negative answer is only inches from a positive one and how to tell, and how to conquer the tough conversations so you can make a sale.  In this class, you will learn:

• How to tell the difference between a genuine objection and a misleading objection meant to “save face” – and how to help your Dream Client address it in a way that works for them.
• How to address surprise delays, postponements and last-minute shifts in plans.
• How to overcome objections and indecision in a respectful way that earns even more trust from your Dream Client and sets you both up for a win.
